The ground floor features two spacious bedrooms, each with a large four-poster double bed, fitted mosquito net, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. These rooms share a well-appointed shower room. The second floor hosts four luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each with the same elegant four-poster double beds, fitted mosquito nets, ceiling fans, and air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep in every room. Mwezi House is a bright and airy 4 bedroom oceanfront home with swimming pool set in 3 acres of walled garden in North Watamu, with spectacular views out over the Indian Ocean. This pretty coastal retreat provides an ideal ambiance for those wanting to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Watamu's northern coast, but with easy access to the various restaurants, shops and other activities this popular area has to offer.

Mwezi house offers 180 degree views, direct sea breeze and outstanding staff.

The terrace leads down to the pool which is flanked by a pergola with sun beds.  An arch leads from the garden down to the beach below.

There are four spacious and airy bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms upstairs, both now air-conditioned, and a double and twin with shared bathroom down.  The two upstairs double bedrooms lead out through French doors directly overlooking the ocean, both with dressing rooms.  The downstairs twin opens out onto a private tropical garden courtyard whist the double opens out onto the front veranda and pool.  All bedrooms have mosquito nets and overhead fans.

A comfortable sitting room occupies the ground floor of the house, with the kitchen off to one side and large doors opening out onto a breezy covered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and the ocean beyond.  The terrace offers an outside dining option.

Naishi is a very special 3/4 bedroom beachfront villa set high on a ridge with spectacular views out over the Indian Ocean and Watamu Marine Park.

On entering the house through the lamu-style door, the first thing you see is the large glass wall looking out over the swimming pool and terrace and out to sea.  The living space includes an indoor dining table and an extremely comfortable seating area.  Off the living room is the fabulous spacious kitchen to one side, and the master suite on the other.

Outside the living area is a terrace area with refreshing infinity plunge pool.  The terrace is flanked by a covered outside dining table one one side and a balcony terrace on the other - perfect for sundowners.

The three main bedrooms, the master off the living room and two on the floor below, all have overhead fans, mosquito nets and an organic designed ensuite bathroom behind.  These three rooms all have air-conditioning.  The two garden bedrooms are accessed by outside steps and are only a few meters from the beach gate.

A fourth bedroom, with two single lamu beds and a shower, is set on the top floor under a makuti roof - this room is naturally cooled by the sea breeze and does not have air-conditioning.

The property is staffed including an excellent cook, housekeeper and security guard - it is also protected by G4S Security buttons.  There is wi-fi available (you need to purchase your own bundles), and there is an automatic generator backup.

Paradise Found is a luxury five bedroom beachfront villa.   Set in a two acre garden with possibly some of the best views to be had in Watamu, set high up on a ridge and overlooking the Watamu Marine Park.

Set over three stories, the beautifully designed villa has several living areas including a daytime lounge, an evening lounge, a shaded outdoor lounge, an office/studio, an a reading room, 3 dining areas and 2 rooftop terraces from where to drink in the spectacular ocean views.

All of the bedrooms are spacious with air-conditioning, mosquito nets, ensuite bathrooms and lots of closet space.  Three have ocean views with private terraces.  The fifth bedroom is a bunk room that can sleep 4 - an ideal room for children to share.

In addtion to the  many dining and sitting rooms is a Yoga room that overlooks the front garden.  Simple with wooden floors - perfect for 3 or 4 people to practice their yoga in the peaceful surroundings.
